I work with both individuals and couples. I am experienced with anxiety, depression, adjustment to situations, stress management, spirituality, addiction, relationship concerns, bi-polar disorders, communication, sexual and gender identity, aging and cognitive disorders.

I bill your insurance as a convenience for you. I am in network with Aetna, Ambetter, Amerigroup, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Coordinated Care, Group Health (some plans), Humana, Medicare, Molina, Premera, Regence, United Health Care. Some others may cover your counseling, call them to ask.

I offer a warm, caring approach to your therapy, focused on creating solutions tailored to you. My clients appreciate my sense of humor and authenticity. My services include:
